Group Property Coordinator - Dromore - Permanent - Full time

Job Description

Due to expansion within the Group's Property Division, a vacancy has arisen to join our team. This is an incredibly varied role requiring an organised and highly motivated individual providing an opportunity to work on all types of Assets throughout UK & Ireland.

The Job

  • Assisting with property management service and liaising with tenants, both Commercial & Residential.
  • Arranging and reviewing tenancy and lease agreements.
  • Dealing with property maintenance queries & liaising with Contractors.
  • Online advertising.
  • Arranging & conducting property inspections.
  • Dealing with telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Scheduling Rental Collections. 
  • Assisting with Property Acquisitions and Sales.
  • Liaising and follow up with Solicitors and Agents.
  • Updating and maintaining the property management system.
  • Assisting the property team with any other administrative duties as directed.

The Person

This role requires an exceptionally organised individual with:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work meticulously under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines.

The Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grades A to C.
  • Knowledge and understanding of property maintenance, real estate or surveying is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Software
  • Previous experience with credit control.
  • Reliable individual with the ability to schedule and prioritise.
  • Full valid driving license and access to own vehicle.
