The Job
Territory profiling whilst sourcing new customers and obtain equipment for consignment. Hands on auction site set-up and bid-catching. An enthusiasm for equipment – construction/agricultural/automotive is needed for this role. This role requires someone who is willing and able to travel extensively to auction sites.
The Person
This role will require an agri machinery enthusiast, motivated individual with impeccable judgement and an innate ability to problem solve. Operating globally across 3 continents requires flexible individuals with the ability to work to high standards in a fast-paced environment.
The Requirements
All placement opportunities are based at Headquarters in Dromore, Co. Tyrone.
Each opportunity has a unique focus though they all require innate problem solving, commercial acumen and the ability to think on your feet. You’ll get to work with and learn from experts in the field of Auctioneering.
Who can apply?
While these opportunities are initially aimed at third year placement students they are also open to fresh graduates eager to gain valuable international business experience.
All Placements are paid and some offer the chance to travel to other sites.

Our Selection Process
We like to hire the best so our selection process is designed to uncover true potential.
Candidates apply initially via CV at www.euroauctions.com selecting the department they wish to be considered for. At this stage we want to know about your education, career motivations and any work experience.
Closing date for all applications is 31st January 2021 after which those selected will be invited to group assessment events during February / March 2021.
Group assessment events are based on a robust understanding of what makes people successful at Euro Auctions. They comprise of scenario based, numerical, problem solving and accuracy based tests. While there is no need to prepare for these assessments all candidates are asked to familiarise themselves with Excel.
There may be a final interview if we are unable to make final selections after the group assessments.
This is the last step. If we like you at final interview – and you like us – we’ll offer you a placement. Either way, we won’t keep you guessing; we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
