Euro Auctions is a world leading auctioneer of industrial, plant, construction & agricultural equipment. With sites in UK, Germany, Spain, Australia, USA and Abu Dhabi, Euro Auctions conducts 50+ auctions selling thousands of Lots every year.

Euro Auctions is seeking a service focused Customer Support Advisor to help us build and maintain our relationships with our global customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated customer centric individual interested in making a newly created position their own.

The Job

Based at our new site in Abu Dhabi, this role crosses the function of the Auction Administration Team, Sales Support Team, Accounts, and IT. This position will be at the forefront of identifying new customer’s and engaging and developing a relationship with new customers and acting as an intermediary to resolve any first-time buying issues they may have.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing a high level of customer service to both new and existing customers.
• Troubleshooting and guiding first time customers through the deposit and bidder number allocation process.
• Analysing data and reports to establish new customer trends.
• Assisting with Auction Support when needed.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship with other departments.
• Maintain and cleanse our CRM database.

The Requirements·

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Previous experience working in customer relations.
• Ability to work flexibly and non-standard hours when required to meet the global needs of the business.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage own workload.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Motivated and adaptable with a good attention to detail.
• Ability to collate and present data in reports.
• This role may suit someone with a marketing/customer service background.
