Euro Auctions HR function spans the entire global operation.  Based at Headquarters in Dromore Co. Tyrone, the HR And Training Officer will provide support to the existing collaborative Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will be expected to have a clear understanding of business objectives and be able to devise and implement policies which select, develop and retain the right staff needed to meet these objectives.   

The Job

Reporting to the HR Manager your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying training and development needs.
• Design of training and development programmes.
• Produce training material.
• Manage the delivery of training and devise training strategy.
• Monitor and review individual progress with Line Managers.
• Recruitment and Selection

The Person

This is a HR Training & Development role which will provide a unique opportunity to gain experience in a department whose objectives span the entire global operation, ensuring all staff are trained in line with company systems and objectives. The ideal candidate must be able to apply their skills and experience to an extremely busy, fast paced environment.

The Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience working in a HR Training & Development Role.
• Proficiency in entire MS Office Suite, with attention to detail.  
• Solid administrative, organisational and communication skills with the ability to train at all levels.
• Knowledge and experience of systems implementations and maintenance.
• A valid Passport and flexibility to occasionally travel to other sites.
• 3rd Level Qualification in relative discipline is desirable.
• CIPD qualification is desirable.
