Updated Buyers Commission Rates Announced

Buying from Euro Auctions is a straightforward and easy process. All buyers have to pay a buyers commission on all lot hammer prices. From Friday 13th May these rates have changed. Detailed below are the new buyers commission rates for each auction location: 

UK Auctions: 10% on the first £4,500 or lower and 2.5% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.

German Auctions: 10% on the first €4,500 or lower and 2.5% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.

Spanish Auctions: 10% on the first €4,500 or lower and 2.5% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.

Australian Auctions: 10% on the first $5,000 or lower and 5% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.

USA Auctions: 10% on the first $2,500 or lower and 3.9% on the balance where applicable is added to all Hammer Prices per lot.

VAT* is charged on the TOTAL Hammer Price (Hammer Price + Buyers Commission).

*VAT is charged at 20% in the UK, 19% in Germany, 21% in Spain, 10% in Australia(GST) and in USA Sales Tax is charged at State Tax of 4% plus local county tax (2-4%), depending on delivery method unless valid sales exemption certificate is produced.
