Transport FAQ'S

An in-house transport department equipped to facilitate all consignors/buyers with the transportation of their equipment. The company has access to a vast network of shipping and transport companies thus providing competitive rates and timely transport. We are in constant contact with our shipping agencies in dealing with details such as Port of Loading/Discharge ensuring your equipment arrives at its destination.

The Transport team is made up of a number of highly skilled staff that liaises constantly with our on-site teams to assist you with all of your queries. You can reach them on: 028 8289 7108.

We provide an all-inclusive service, no matter what the machine is or its destination we will endeavour to fulfil all your requests.

The team is in constant contact with the yard managers on all Euro Auctions sites - we can measure any machine you request. Specifications can only be provided depending on what information the consignor has provided to our sales team and what our yard staff can view during a visual inspection.

We provide both services to all our customers for local transport and international shipping. All ports are adequately set up to deal with your particular needs.

Health & Safety - Drivers need to be IPAF & CPCS trained for driving/handling equipment on our sites

You can alert us as to when you are coming for your machines and we will have them started, (washed if necessary) and advise your driver on loading. Access to loading ramps is available at all our sites.

Yes, we recognize there is a need for such information before you decide to purchase. Please email our Transportation Department in good time before the auction (allow 5 working days) and all costs and advice will be provided to you free of charge.

Please notify our Transportation Department of the location and time you wish to load along with details of the machines and we will load your container for you. Costs will apply.

Our yard manager will inspect and advise on all work needing carried out or any adjustments to equipment, (full costs will be calculated and agreed with customer before work will commence).

All machines have to be in proper working condition before they arrive at the port, including having sufficient fuel.

We are contact and have good working relations at ports and can arrange for a mechanic to inspect your machine, advising of the problem and follow your instructions to repair the fault at the cost agreed with yourself.

We will prepare a quotation including agreed rates with you. An invoice will then be raised detailing the transport costs and providing our bank details. Once payment has been received then delivery will go ahead.

Our staff will endeavour to match your transportation needs with that of another company in your area thus ensuring you still receive a quality service but at a more viable cost.

Yes, our database holds multiple haulage companies and shipping agencies; we will select those most suitable for your transport and provide you with their full contact details.

We can assist your transportation requirements to and from all of our sites throughout the world - Ireland, UK, Spain, Germany, UAE, Australia & USA.

We can assist with all of paperwork for import & exports.
